The W.C. Bradley Co. is unique and very special. A company that has been in existence since 1885 and is still in the hands of the descendents of its founder is very exceptional. It could only survive and thrive because of very strong values shared by everyone. It also could only survive because the owners were always willing to take a long-term view, often foregoing attractive short-term opportunities when they did not feel they fit with their vision and long-term goals. These core values based on integrity and stewardship have served the company well over the years and we continue to live by them.

This does not mean that nothing ever changes. A company that is not moving forward will lose in this very competitive world. It is important to stay ahead of the competition and to offer our customers the best possible products and services. For that, we strive continuously to be creative and innovative in what we offer. The world in which we operate is becoming smaller: this means we are seeing competitors from around the world with whom we have to measure ourselves. But it also means that we look for markets beyond the ones in which we are operating now. To remain successful, we continuously need to learn new ways and be willing to adapt and adjust. This is challenging and demanding but it is also very rewarding!

We have a great company, great brands, great products and services, and most importantly a great group of dedicated team members. We are well-positioned for the future and new opportunities!
